Partner in the Tax practice area, she graduated in Law from USP (2006) and earned both her Ph.D. (2010) and postdoctoral degree (2014) in Economic and Financial Law from the same institution. Former board member at CARF and CMT São Paulo, with over 20 years of experience in tax law. She has worked at a boutique tax law firm and as a prosecutor for USP, specializing in finance, intellectual property, digital law, and contracts. She is a member of committees at OAB-SP, SRB, and Fecomércio. Author of several books and publications in the area, especially on topics related to agribusiness, tax fines and crimes and nullity of fines.
