Partner in the Corporate Law, M&A, and Contracts practice areas, he graduated in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) in 2008. He completed a specialization in M&A – Accounting and Financial Statement Analysis at the Saint Paul Institute of Finance in 2010, a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law at Insper in 2013, and an LL.M. with a Business Law Certificate from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, in 2016. He has over 19 years of experience also as a lawyer and partner of a leading Brazilian law firm. Throughout his career, he has advised major national and multinational companies across various industries and sizes, working on M&A transactions, investments, corporate restructurings, and contracts, both in Brazil and cross-border, including deals exceeding R$ 1 billion.
