With over 20 years of experience, he has worked as a lawyer and partner at leading law firms, handling M&A transactions, business structuring and investments, asset protection and reorganization, and complex contracts. He has also worked at two of Brazil’s leading law firms specializing in judicial recovery, gaining extensive experience in the field.
