Partner in Dispute Resolution and Civil Advisory, Eduardo has a strong academic background and over 20 years of experience in the legal field. He holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in International Economic Relations from PUC-SP, where he also completed his specialization and law degree. He holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from University College London (UCL). He was a partner at one of Brazil’s largest law firms, advising clients in sectors such as finance, agribusiness, life sciences, and construction. Specialist in pre-litigation advisory and complex disputes. He also serves as an arbitrator in arbitration proceedings. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb). Member of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr). Coordinator of the Study Group on International Commercial Law and Arbitration at PUC-SP. He is a guest lecturer in postgraduate programs and has authored several academic articles in his field. Recognized by “Analysis Advocacy 500” for his work in civil and arbitration law.
